What is the difference between online and in-person training?
In-person training is limited to the amount of hours you see that trainer. If you see them twice a week for an hour each then that is only 2 hours per week you get to be with that trainer. Online training allows you to ask questions and seek advice all day, I am available to answer your questions about what you should eat, how you feel about your training, how motivated you feel and anything else you want assistance with.
